Located four houses down from Cabana Sam's, Sunset Bay Beach Club and the Sunset Bay Deli.
Cottages are fully furnished. Bring only your toiletries and your linens. Cottages have TV's with cable, microwave ovens, mixers, all dishes, silverware, and pots and pans. Very nice and very clean.
We have 22 years of rental experience with an excellent reputation. The houses are also winterized for winter rentals. Winter rentals are available from September 15th thru June 1st every year. We also book for weekend rentals in September right after Labor Day.
If you are interested in the Summer Season of 2016 you may book the cottages in advance by emailing us online.
1004 Newton Road:
3 Bedroom. Summer rentals start the first week or weekend of June. Weeks or weekends may be available in May. Winter rentals begin September 15th. Cable, garbage, water and sewer bills are payed by us.
1015 South Shore Drive:
2 Bedroom. Summer rentals will start the first the first week or weekend of June. Weeks or weekends may be available in May. Winter rentals begin September 15th. Cable, garbage, water and sewer bills are payed by us.
You may see the houses starting on Saturdays in June by appointment only for winter rentals.
